After reading Where The Wild Things Are, Kindergarten crafted these wild creatures out of model magic. Then we painted them using tempera paint, making sure to paint the eyes yellow!
These adorable animals were crafted by 1st graders using model magic. First we shaped the clay into a pinch pot, and then transformed it into an animal. Then, the first graders mixed their own colors to paint their animals. They did some amazing work!
Our first graders created beautiful painted paper, and then used it to make animal collages in the style of Eric Carle. When there artwork was complete, they each wrote a title sentence describing their animals. ( The Very _____ _____.)
